  • Black VTS 150

    Hi there,

I'm a bit of a long time lurker, but figured I'd post a few pictures of my VTS track car. I've had the car for over 4 years now and completed a bit of a 'mini rebuild' recently as a few things needed some attention - see here.

Spec list is something along the lines of this:
Newman PH3s with standard ECU remapped - 150bhp
    14A60 CWP with Quaife ATB
    TTV racing flywheel
    K&N Gen2
    Raceland 4-2-1
    Piper exhaust
    180lb 240mm Faulkners
21mm torsion bars and 24mm rear ARB
    Bilstein Group Ns all round
    Group N engine mounts
    Powerflex bushes all round
283mm brakes with braided lines and EBC Yellows all round
VTS track rims with Federal 595-RSRs

A few pictures from Croft a few weekends ago.

Just booked a day at Oulton Park on 4th October too - looking forward to it as it's a new venue for me. Pop over and say hi if any of you are attending.

      Thank you kindly.

      Here's an old one.

I've yet to take some post 'mini rebuild' pictures of the engine bay. I had my cam covers and a few other brackets powder coated - when I got the covers back, I quickly realised sand had worked its way behind the baffle plates of the inlet cam cover. Whilst stripping it down to clean it out, two of the standoffs snapped. Just waiting on them being helicoiled.
