Gti 6 brakes with c5 steel wheels?

Hi I've just purchased a s2 project car that ime planing to do up over some time, I braught the car with no wheels but has gti6 front brakes fitted. Was just wondering if the c5 steel wheels will fit over them just to make the car mobile for the time being, thanks
