  • Racing wets

I have original steels on my S2 and I am looking for a set of racing wet tyres to fit on my spare set of wheels for wet trackdays, but I cannot find any in that size on the internet.

Are you aware of a suitable tyre in 175/60/14 or 185/60/14.

    Thanks
    Spencer

You can get Uniroyal RS3's in 185/55R14 for about 40 a corner?

5% off the profile is barely noticeable. it's only 3% smaller overall diameter-wise.

Thanks, they are well priced with reasonable feedback in the wet, appreciate the response.

No worries, they seem to be far better than the previous rainsports.

A friend of mine used some on an M3 last year when racing and in the soaking wet could get within 2 second of his dry lap times.

Not sure about how they are on the road. great with a bit of ehat on them in the wet though for the money.

Knockhill before it got resurfaced. Very bumpy and difficult to get traction out of the hairpin.

              I would go to 15's.
The choice of tyres, and availability is a lot greater.

Thanks, that was an option, what racing wets do you recommend at that size?
